My Birthday Surprise!

So from the beginning of time nobody has been able to surprise me. First of all because I hate not being in the know of whats going on. Second of all I hate being put in the spotlight. I know, I know believe it or not I am shy! Okay just a tiny bit. But for the first time ever He did it. My husband surprised me. Apparently he had been planning this for months. He knew 25 was a big birthday and wanted to make it an unforgettable one. He accomplished it.

So since the month of December he had been complaining of toothache. So he made this LIE that he had to have his wisdom teeth removed. He said he made an appointment for Friday and he needed me to take the day off so that I could stay with him home. And I believed him!

So Friday the alarm went off at 3:00 a.m. So weird. I knew he had set the alarm early so that we could go to breakfast, but not that early. After I shut the alarm off, I climb back into bed and he said good morning. I asked why he was up and then he said that he didn't want to have oral surgery and instead he wanted to go to Disneyland. I got freaked out and thought he was sleep talking. He was serious. I was upset that he had lied to me but at the same time so unaware that my family and his family were all in on it. EVERYONE. It was amazing. I really had no clue! It was a real surprise! Yes I did cry! (by the way I want to add that the day before I went out and bought him juice, soup, mashed potatoes, yogurt, pudding and ice cream. Things that I thought he might want since he couldn't eat.)

I really have the most amazing husband ever. He is so caring has a huge heart and is love by a lot of people. I am so lucky to be his wife and have his undivided love. I am so blessed to have found my soul mate, my best friend. I love you honey!

The most amazing husband in the world.

Not only did my husband do all that, but on top of it he planned a big dinner Saturday night and had my sisters, aunt and my grandma there for it. I couldn't have asked for anything else. He can't imagine how much that meant to me to have my grandma there. Thank you to my sisters, Sarah, Scott, Mel, Grandma Anne and of course my husband for making this birthday unforgettable.
